At Mendee Lee Coaching, I encourage individuals to understand that grief is unique to them, and that there is no 'right' way to grieve. It is important to be kind and give yourself time to heal. Some common grief reactions include shock, disbelief, sadness, anger, guilt, and anxiety. However, each individual may experience their own set of reactions. As a grief coach, I help individuals process their emotions, reframe their grief experiences, and build resilience to help them find hope and meaning for the future.
